Inspiration ritual: a gift for new beginnings and courage
The Bending Mind team
In short: the Inspiration ritual is a ritual for your mind to bring a dream closer: a carefully chosen set of 20 capsules with thoughts about courage and self-belief. It’s a gift for someone looking for a nudge towards their dreams, or for yourself – before an important conversation or a new beginning. It costs €15 and comes in a kraft gift box that lists the ingredients and how to enjoy it.
What’s inside the Inspiration ritual
Inspiration doesn’t always arrive as a big discovery – sometimes it comes as a quiet thought at the right moment. It reminds you that courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the decision to step forward anyway. One of the thoughts in the ritual: “Dare to not know how – that’s how everything new begins.”
The symbolic ingredients of each capsule:
- Self-belief 40% – a reminder that you already have everything you need.
- Courage 35% – helps you take the first step.
- Fulfilment 25% – lets you feel that you are enough.
Side effect: the courage to start what you’ve been putting off.
When to pull an Inspiration capsule
