About the set
Each ritual answers a different moment: when you want to pause and give thanks, when you need a brighter outlook, and when you’re short of the courage to step forward. Together they become a practice you can return to any time – or three gifts for three different people, each matched to what they need most right now. Each ritual comes in its own box, so they’re easy to give one by one.
Ingredients
The set weaves together nine ingredients, carried by three different rituals: for lightness – mindfulness, optimism and empathy; for warmth – noticing, reflection and kindness; for courage – self-belief, courage and wholeness.

How do I enjoy a ritual?
Pull a capsule whenever you need a pause or a lift in your day. Open it, read the note and let yourself stay with the thought for a minute. Keep the note, or pass it on. The capsules are not edible – there is paper inside.
How many capsules are in a ritual?
Every ritual holds 20 carefully chosen capsules, with thoughts drawn from different sources – books, articles, conversations and the insights of inspiring people.
Delivery in Lithuania
In Lithuania, we ship to Omniva or LP Express parcel lockers, or by DPD courier to your door. You choose your locker in the basket – by town, street or nearest to you. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment.
If a parcel isn’t collected from the locker within the carrier’s deadline, it is returned to us. Re-sending it requires paying the additional shipping and return costs.
Delivery in the UK
UK orders ship from London. Choose tracked delivery to your door (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 working days) or a cheaper delivery to an InPost locker. You’ll see the exact price at checkout, before you pay.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to other countries with Lithuanian Post. At checkout, you can choose a registered parcel with tracking, or the fastest option – UPS Express (1–3 working days).
Can I buy the rituals in Lithuanian?
