Terms of sale

General

These terms apply to purchases in the Bending Mind online shop. The seller is MB “FPM Group”, J. Jasinskio g. 17, Vilnius, Lithuania, email hello@bendingmind.lt. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and accept these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are in euros and include all taxes; UK orders are charged in pounds (£). The delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. Promotions and discount codes apply only in the online shop and, unless stated otherwise, do not combine.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed in the online shop and paid on a secure Shopify checkout page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The contract is concluded when the buyer receives an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to parcel lockers or by courier, within 1 working day of payment. If a parcel isn’t collected within the carrier’s deadline, it is returned to the seller, and the buyer pays for re-sending.

Returns

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. Email hello@bendingmind.lt to arrange a return. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item; the buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Product safety

The capsules are not a medicine or a food supplement. Not edible. Capsules contain paper – do not swallow. Keep away from children.

Personal data

Personal data is handled according to the privacy policy and used only to fulfil orders and, with consent, to send news.

Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU ODR platform ec.europa.eu/odr.
