Frequently asked questions

A ritual for your mind is a jar of 20 capsules, each holding a short hand-rolled thought. Pull one and take a minute to reflect on it. Choose from three rituals: Positivity – for a brighter outlook, Inspiration – for courage, and Gratitude – to pause and notice how much good you already have.

Pull a capsule whenever you need a pause or a lift in your day. Open it, read the note and let yourself stay with the thought for a minute. Keep the note, or pass it on. The capsules are not edible – there is paper inside.

Every ritual holds 20 carefully chosen capsules, with thoughts drawn from different sources – books, articles, conversations and the insights of inspiring people.

Yes, all three capsules also come with Lithuanian labels and thoughts written in Lithuanian. Switch the site to LT at the top.
